LIGHT CHEESE CAKE
INGREDIENTS
300gm Cream Cheese
150ml milk
50gm sugar
3 egg yolks
30gm cornflour
3 egg whites
100gm sugar
METHOD
- Put cream cheese, milk and sugar in a bowl.
- Place over a pot of boiling water to melt the cream cheese
- Add in egg yolks and beat until blended
- Add in sifted cornflour and beat well
- Whisk egg whites and sugar in another bowl until fluffy.
- Add to the egg yolk mixture and gently mix well
- Pour cake mixture into 2 greased cheese cake moulds nd place them in a ;arge baking tin.
- Pour enough hot water in the tin come. up the side of the mould (steam bath)
- Bake for 1 hour or until the top is golden brown. Remove, let cool and chill for at lease 4 hours
before serving

CRISPY HAZELNUTBAHAN-BAHAN
325gm Mentega
50gm Shortening
175gm gula kastor
375gm tepung
75gm tepung hoenkwe
50gm tepung kastad
125gm serbuk hazelnut
75gm serbuk gajus
50gm chocolate rice
1/2tsp BP
1/2 tsp SB
- Pukuk butter, shortening, sugar gula sehingga kembang
- Gaulkan kesemua bahan-bahan kering di dalam bekas lain
- Gaulkan mentega yang telah dipukul tadi seperti breadcrumb
- Perlahan-lahan uli adunan sehingga menjadi doh
- Canai dan terap ikut bentuk yang di gemari
- Bakar 160 20 minit atau sehingga masak
